I believe every dog, with a willing owner, is trainable (regardless of breed, age or issues). I work with all breeds of dogs using positive reinforcement and corrective training, in a pleasant learning environment, for the most effective instruction for each dog. I strive for the best experience for both you and your furry companion. It is very important that my clients understand their dog's instinctual tendencies so they can ultimately reach their desired results. It is scientifically proven that a dog will learn more quickly when they willingly participate!
Private In Home Lessons
Puppy Kindergarten and Basic Manners
This course is intended for puppys 10 weeks - 11 months
The lessons are 1 hour long

You will learn to teach your puppy the following commands: name recognition, let's go, sit, down, come, leave it, settle and find your place.
The class also covers critical house training, handling, polite greetings (no jumping!), wait patiently when fed, and leash walking techniques. We will also work on distance and duration for certain commands. This class is a great way to establish a relationship with your new companion that will
last a lifetime!

Adult Obedience and Basic Manners
This course is intended for dogs 1 year and up
The lessons are 1 hour long

You will learn to teach your dog the following commands:
let's go, sit, down, stay, come, stand, leave it, settle and find your place.
The class also covers critical house training, handling, polite greetings (no jumping!), wait patiently when fed, and leash walking techniques. We will also work on distance, distraction and duration for certain commands. This class is a great way to establish a relationship with your new adult companion that will last a lifetime or improve understanding in your current situation.​
Board and Training Program
Board and Training
We also offer a 2 week Board and Training program in which your dog will come to live with us in a safe home environment.
We only accept one client's dog at a time so that I can assure your furry family member will be receiving exclusive one-on-one attention. (The only exception to this is if you are sending 2 of your dogs at the same time.)
When I say living in a home environment I truly mean home environment. Your dog will be able to roam freely in our safe, supervised home, with no kennel restrictions during the day (unlike most board and trains). This technique allows us to combat behavioral issues such as chewing, jumping, counter surfing, jumping on furniture, stealing, and many other troublesome habits, by catching them in the act!
While your dog is with us, we will be sending you pictures and videos of the training and their progress for your peace of mind.

Trick Training
Trick Training
Who says you can't teach an old dog new tricks?
Trick training can result in better health (as many tricks help build muscle tone and stamina), increased flexibility, balance and concentration, as well as boost your dog’s confidence!
At the same time each new behavior your dog learns provides you with yet another useful way to channel your dog’s energy into something positive.
Would you like your dog to know cool tricks like touch, take it, bring it, object name recognition, jump, spin, roll over and so much more? Trick training can be done in private in home lessons or during a two week board and training.
